Performance Marketing in Singapore

One of the most expensive auctions in the region, bought by some of the best-funded advertisers in it.

Sevenam installs a Meta advertising system on your own ad account and runs the technology that operates it — written decisions at 7am every morning telling you exactly what to do that day. One fixed setup fee, a fixed monthly, priced to the work.

What makes Singapore hard.

Two things at once. The addressable audience is small — a few million people — and the advertisers competing for it are unusually well capitalised, because Singapore is where a great many regional headquarters sit. So you get the frequency problem of a small market and the price pressure of a large one, in the same account.

The consequence is that the usual advice does not survive contact. Broadening the audience does not help much when the audience is nearly everyone already. Cutting bids does not help when the competition is not bidding for the same reason you are. What does move is the quality and quantity of creative going into the auction, and how quickly spend is taken off things that have stopped working.

A small addressable audience, so frequency climbs quickly.
Well-funded regional competitors bidding into the same pool.
Audience expansion runs out of room sooner than in larger markets.
Creative volume and decision speed carry disproportionate weight.
Cross-border campaigns into Malaysia and the region are often the real ceiling lift.

How the account is run.

On your own Business Manager, with the account read every morning and the day's decisions written down with the numbers behind each one. In an expensive auction the cost of a slow decision is measured directly: an ad set left running four days past the point it turned is a real number, and in Singapore it is a larger one than most markets.

We are based in Sydney and work remotely — two to three hours ahead of Singapore depending on the time of year, which means the overnight read is waiting when your day starts. We are not a Singapore agency and will not present as one.

Your Business Manager, your billing, your data.
A written decision every morning rather than a weekly call.
Sydney-based and remote, ahead of your working day.
Fixed fees that do not move when the budget does.
Regional expansion assessed as a lever, not assumed.

What you own at the end of it.

Everything is built inside your own Business Manager from the first hour — the ad account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative files and the reporting. There is no agency-owned account that you rent access to, and nothing to negotiate over if the relationship ends.

That single structural choice is what makes the rest of it possible. An arrangement where the provider owns the asset has to be renewed; one where you own it has to be earned.

Your ad account, your pixel, your creative library. Always.
A fixed setup fee and a fixed monthly, priced to the work.
Month to month, with no notice period.
Every decision written down, with the numbers behind it.

Questions people actually ask.

Do you have a Singapore office?

No. We are based in Sydney and work remotely with every client regardless of country. If a local presence is a requirement for you, a Singapore agency is the better fit and we would tell you so early.

Do you handle multi-market campaigns across the region?

Yes, and in Singapore it is frequently the most useful thing to look at, because the domestic audience is small enough that regional expansion lifts the ceiling more than optimisation does.

Is Singapore too expensive for Meta ads?

It is expensive, which raises the bar on margin rather than ruling it out. Whether it works is decided by your gross margin against your cost per result, and that is arithmetic we can do on a call rather than a matter of opinion.

What about languages other than English?

English carries most of the market for the brands we work with. Where a campaign genuinely needs another language, the copy is yours or your translator's — we build the system around it rather than pretending to write it.

What spend does this suit?

The same threshold as anywhere: roughly $10,000 a month of media and up, because below that a day does not produce enough signal to make a daily decision worth more than a weekly one.
