What it costs, and what it depends on.
The setup is a fixed scope and the creative rate is the same for everyone, so both prices are below. What the account needs after that depends on the account, and we put every figure in writing once we've read it — whether you go ahead or not.

No proposal theatre, no follow-up sequence. One call, straight numbers.
Three ways to buy. Pick one, change your mind later.
No tiers, no packages, no minimum term. One thing you buy once, one you buy as often as you like, and one for brands that want the whole job handed over.
The setup. Then you own it.
Four weeks inside your own Business Manager, and at the end of it the system is yours. $19,500, fixed — the same number whatever you spend.
Plenty of brands take the setup, run it themselves and never pay us again. That's a fine outcome.
What the four weeks cover →Creative on demand, priced by what you order.
Order what the account needs, when it needs it. No batch to commit to, no monthly minimum, delivered in days.
Take the daily decisions alongside it and they arrive the same way: drafted overnight, settled with you, actioned by us.
How we test creative →Custom, end to end.
We buy the media, make the creative and action the decisions. Nobody internal touches it.
Scoped on the call. Still built in your own Business Manager.
Tell us what you need →What's published, and what we quote.
The setup is four weeks of fixed scope and creative is priced per concept, so both carry one number that is honest for everyone and both are published. What an account needs each month, and how much creative it consumes, genuinely differs between a brand at $30k a month and one running four accounts — so those we quote after reading the account rather than guess at here.
The rest works the opposite way to a proposal process: one short conversation where every remaining figure is stated plainly, in writing, including the ones that tell you not to buy. No sequence, no scarcity, no discount if you sign this week.

What you're actually buying.
A month's creative, on time
Not one hero video a quarter. Distinct concepts, hooks, cuts and statics, produced end to end on an AI line so volume isn't priced by the hour — and turned around in days, so learning compounds instead of waiting on a shoot.
A daily decision you approve
The account is read first thing each morning and the day's changes are drafted with the numbers behind them. At 7am you work through them with the system and we make the changes in Ads Manager. About a minute of your day.
A fee that doesn't grow with you
Double your budget and the invoice is identical, because it is priced to the work rather than your media. The system gets more valuable as you scale, not more expensive.
Questions people actually ask.
Which prices are published?
The setup price and the creative rate are, because both are the same number whoever is buying. What the account needs each month depends on the account, so we put that in writing once we have read it — including what we would charge and what we would not sell you.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Our fees are priced to the work — installing the system, running the decisions, producing the creative. None of that gets harder because you spent more, so none of it costs more.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Setup is a fixed-scope project. Creative is ordered when you want it, at a published rate, with no minimum and no subscription. Anything monthly stops at the end of any month with no notice period.
What happens on the consultation call?
Fifteen minutes. We look at your spend, your creative pipeline and who runs the account, then tell you which option fits and what it costs. If none of it fits, we say that.
Fifteen minutes, and you'll know every number.
Answer five questions and Josh comes back to you with a time. If it turns out we're the wrong fit, you'll leave with the two or three things we'd fix in your account anyway.
