Email Marketing Agency or Automation?
Sending the campaign is the cheap part. The money is in what the system knows before it sends.
Sevenam builds the system underneath your marketing — a repository of what the market is telling you, a set of agents with real job specs, and the workflows that connect them to the CRM and the email platform you already own. Scoped and quoted after we map what you run.
Four fields, and no call booked yet. We read what you send and tell you whether you qualify for a free marketing technology, systems and performance audit — offered at our discretion and in limited numbers.
What an email marketing agency does, and where it stops.
The standard engagement is a retainer against a send calendar: a campaign a week, a seasonal promotion, a newsletter, and a monthly report on open and click rates. It is real work and some agencies do it very well. But the shape of it means the output is measured in emails sent rather than in what the list is worth, and a calendar can be delivered in full while the underlying asset gets no better.
The uncomfortable arithmetic in most accounts is that broadcast campaigns are a minority of email revenue. The automated flows — welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back — keep earning without anyone touching them, and they are usually the part nobody has revisited in two years because they are not on the calendar. So the recurring fee buys the low-yield half of the channel.
The second thing that stops is the data. An agency sending from your platform sees opens and clicks; it does not see what sales heard on the phone last week, which objection killed three deals, or which ad brought the person in. Without that, segmentation stays demographic and the copy stays generic, because there is nothing better to write from.
What we build instead.
We are not an email marketing agency and will not write your weekly send. What we build is the layer underneath it: a marketing data repository holding what the market is actually telling you — objections from sales calls, the language that earns replies, the offers that converted — and a set of agents with written job specs that read it, draft against it, and hand a person the decision.
In practice the first return is almost always CRM automation. Records that update themselves from real activity, lifecycle stages that move on evidence rather than on someone remembering, and lists that are correct on the morning you send rather than correct last quarter. A mediocre email into a correct segment beats an excellent one into a stale list, every time.
Nothing goes to a customer without someone approving it. That is the whole reason this can be trusted with a live list — an agent drafts, a person agrees, and the send happens. It is scoped after we map what you run, and quoted bespoke, because a business on one clean CRM and a business running four disconnected tools are not the same job.
What you own at the end of it.
Everything is built inside your own Business Manager from the first hour — the ad account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative files and the reporting. There is no agency-owned account that you rent access to, and nothing to negotiate over if the relationship ends.
That single structural choice is what makes the rest of it possible. An arrangement where the provider owns the asset has to be renewed; one where you own it has to be earned.
Questions people actually ask.
So you are not an email marketing agency?
No, and it would be dishonest to take the work on that basis. If what you need is someone writing and sending a campaign every week, a specialist email agency is the right hire and we would tell you so on the call. What we build is the automation and the data underneath the channel.
What does it cost?
Bespoke, quoted in writing after we map what you run. There is no list price for this the way there is for our Meta advertising products, because there is no standard shape to the work — it depends entirely on what already exists and how much of the data can be trusted.
Do you work with Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp?
We work with what you already pay for. The platform matters much less than the state of the data going into it, and migrating you to something new is rarely the first thing that should happen.
Will an agent send emails to our list on its own?
No. Nothing that emails a customer or changes a record leaves the system without a person agreeing to it. Approval gates are part of the build rather than a setting you can switch off.
Where do the flows fit in?
They are usually the first audit we run, because in most accounts they earn more than the broadcasts and have been left alone the longest. Fixing a welcome sequence and a cart abandonment flow is often the cheapest revenue in the project.
Do we need to be doing Meta ads with you?
No. The automation line stands on its own and several of the businesses it suits are not running paid social at all. Where both are in place they feed each other — what the ad account learns is worth having in the repository — but neither requires the other.

Fifteen minutes with Josh, no pitch deck. Most lists that underperform are segmented from information nobody has collected yet, and that is a faster answer than a proposal.
