Marketing Automation in Singapore

Plenty of tools, plenty of data, and almost nothing joining them together.

Sevenam installs a Meta advertising system on your own ad account and runs the technology that operates it — written decisions at 7am every morning telling you exactly what to do that day. One fixed setup fee, a fixed monthly, priced to the work.

The problem here is rarely tooling.

Singapore companies are, if anything, over-tooled. Budgets support good software, so there is usually a proper CRM, a marketing platform, analytics, and often a data warehouse somebody built and nobody reads. What is missing is not another licence — it is the layer that turns all of that into something the marketing team acts on this week.

There is a second pattern specific to regional headquarters: the same company is running several markets, each with its own data, its own language and its own results, and nobody has a consolidated read. Every market re-learns what another market already found out, which is expensive in a place where staff cost what they do here.

Well-tooled, poorly connected — the gap is the layer between systems.
Multi-market operations that never consolidate what they learn.
A warehouse or dashboard nobody has time to interrogate.
High staff costs, so mechanical work is expensive work.
The scarce resource is attention, not software.

What we build, and how it is priced.

A marketing data repository that holds what the market is telling you across every market you run, so a finding in one is available to all of them. Agents with written job specs — what each reads, when it runs, what it produces, and what a person signs off. Then the workflows connecting those to your CRM and the tools you already own.

Priced bespoke and quoted in writing after a mapping session, because the work depends entirely on what exists already. A company with one clean CRM and a company with four disconnected platforms across three markets are not the same build, and a list price would be a fiction for at least one of them.

One repository across markets, so findings stop being re-learnt.
Agents with job specs, run schedules and approval gates.
CRM automation, usually where the fastest return sits.
Built on your own accounts, and yours if the arrangement ends.
Bespoke, quoted after we map it. No list price.

What you own at the end of it.

Everything is built inside your own Business Manager from the first hour — the ad account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative files and the reporting. There is no agency-owned account that you rent access to, and nothing to negotiate over if the relationship ends.

That single structural choice is what makes the rest of it possible. An arrangement where the provider owns the asset has to be renewed; one where you own it has to be earned.

Your ad account, your pixel, your creative library. Always.
A fixed setup fee and a fixed monthly, priced to the work.
Month to month, with no notice period.
Every decision written down, with the numbers behind it.

Questions people actually ask.

Can this work across several markets at once?

That is usually the strongest reason to build it here. One repository means a finding in one market is available in the others, instead of each one paying to learn the same thing separately.

What does it cost?

Bespoke, quoted in writing after the mapping session. The work depends on what you already run, so a list price would be misleading for most companies.

Where does our data live?

On your own accounts and infrastructure. Where data is sensitive or regulated enough that it should not leave your environment, that shapes the build rather than being worked around.

Do you replace our marketing platform?

Almost never. We build the layer above what you own — replacing a platform is expensive, disruptive and rarely the actual problem.

Do you have people in Singapore?

No. We are based in Sydney and work remotely, a few hours ahead of your day. The mapping session and everything after it is done on calls and in writing.
