Marketing Automation in New Zealand
Small teams carrying the work of large ones. That is the case for building the system.
Sevenam installs a Meta advertising system on your own ad account and runs the technology that operates it — written decisions at 7am every morning telling you exactly what to do that day. One fixed setup fee, a fixed monthly, priced to the work.
Four fields, and no call booked yet. We read what you send and tell you whether you qualify for a free marketing technology, systems and performance audit — offered at our discretion and in limited numbers.
Why this lands differently in a small market.
New Zealand businesses tend to run leaner marketing teams than their Australian equivalents at the same revenue — often one or two people doing the work that a larger market would split across five. The result is that almost all of the time goes to execution and almost none to the reading and thinking that makes execution worth doing.
That is precisely the shape of problem automation solves well. Not because the people are replaceable, but because the collating, drafting, chasing and reporting is a large fraction of the week and none of it needs judgement. Take that out and a two-person team does the strategic work of a five-person one.
What gets built.
A marketing data repository holding what the market is telling you — objections from sales calls, the language that earns replies, the offers that worked. A set of agents with written job specs: what each reads, when it runs, what it produces, and what a person approves before it goes anywhere. Then the workflows joining those to your CRM and the tools you already pay for.
It is scoped after we map what you actually run, and priced bespoke, because a company on one CRM with clean data and a company running four disconnected tools are not the same job. There is no list price and we will not invent one.
What you own at the end of it.
Everything is built inside your own Business Manager from the first hour — the ad account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative files and the reporting. There is no agency-owned account that you rent access to, and nothing to negotiate over if the relationship ends.
That single structural choice is what makes the rest of it possible. An arrangement where the provider owns the asset has to be renewed; one where you own it has to be earned.
Questions people actually ask.
Are we big enough for this?
It is less about size than about whether you have data worth reading — a CRM with real history, or an ad account with real spend. A two-person team with good data gets more out of this than a ten-person team without it.
What does it cost?
Bespoke, quoted in writing after we map what you run. There is no list price for this the way there is for our Meta products, because there is no standard shape to the work.
Do you work with New Zealand CRMs and tools?
We work with what you have. The common platforms are the same ones used in Australia, and where they are not, the approach does not change — the repository and the job specs are the system, and the tools sit underneath.
Do we need to be in Auckland or Wellington?
No. This is remote work regardless of city or country, and the mapping session is a call.
Is our data safe?
Everything is built on your own accounts and infrastructure. Where data is sensitive enough that it should not leave your environment, that constraint shapes the build rather than being worked around.
