Marketing Automation in Malaysia

Where labour is affordable, automation has to earn its place on quality rather than cost.

Sevenam installs a Meta advertising system on your own ad account and runs the technology that operates it — written decisions at 7am every morning telling you exactly what to do that day. One fixed setup fee, a fixed monthly, priced to the work.

The honest case, and where it does not apply.

In markets with high staff costs, automation is usually sold on headcount. That argument is weaker in Malaysia, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest — if the only benefit were replacing hours, the sums would often favour hiring. So the case has to be made on the things people cannot do at all: reading everything every day without getting bored, never forgetting what last quarter proved, and applying the same standard at eleven at night as at nine in the morning.

That is a real difference rather than a cost saving. A system that reads every sales call, every support ticket and every ad result, and writes down what changed, produces a kind of consistency a rotating team does not — particularly across languages, where what customers actually say gets lost between the people who heard it and the people who write the ads.

The headcount argument is weaker here, so we do not lead with it.
Consistency and memory are the real gains, not hours saved.
Multilingual signal gets lost between the people who hear it and the people who write.
Nothing accumulates when knowledge lives with whoever is on the account this quarter.
If hiring is genuinely the better answer, that is what we will tell you.

What gets built.

A marketing data repository holding what the market is telling you — objections, winning language, offers that worked and offers that did not, in whatever languages your customers use them. Agents with written job specs covering what each reads, when it runs, what it produces and what a person approves. Then the workflows joining those to your CRM and existing tools.

Quoted bespoke after we map what you run. There is no list price, because the work is entirely shaped by what already exists and how much of the data can be trusted.

A repository that keeps what the business learns, across languages.
Agents with job specs, schedules and approval gates.
CRM automation, usually the fastest return in the build.
Built on your own accounts, and yours if we stop.
Bespoke, quoted in writing after the mapping session.

What you own at the end of it.

Everything is built inside your own Business Manager from the first hour — the ad account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative files and the reporting. There is no agency-owned account that you rent access to, and nothing to negotiate over if the relationship ends.

That single structural choice is what makes the rest of it possible. An arrangement where the provider owns the asset has to be renewed; one where you own it has to be earned.

Your ad account, your pixel, your creative library. Always.
A fixed setup fee and a fixed monthly, priced to the work.
Month to month, with no notice period.
Every decision written down, with the numbers behind it.

Questions people actually ask.

Is automation worth it when staff are affordable?

Not always, and we will say so. The argument here is consistency and memory rather than saved hours — a system reads everything every day and never forgets what last quarter proved. If your problem is genuinely capacity, hiring may be the better answer.

Can it handle more than one language?

Yes, and that is often where the value is, because customer language gets lost in translation between the people who hear it and the people who write the ads. The repository keeps what was actually said.

What does it cost?

Bespoke, quoted in writing after we map what you run. No list price, because the work depends entirely on what already exists.

Do you work with Malaysian CRMs?

We work with what you have. The approach does not change with the platform — the repository and the job specs are the system, and the tools sit underneath it.

Do you have people in Malaysia?

No. We are Sydney-based and work remotely, and everything from the mapping session onward is done on calls and in writing.
