Facebook Advertising Agency

Strategy, creative and buying are one job now. Most of the market still sells them as three.

Sevenam installs a Meta advertising system on your own ad account and runs the technology that operates it — written decisions at 7am every morning telling you exactly what to do that day. One fixed setup fee, a fixed monthly, priced to the work rather than your media budget.

Advertising is not the same as running ads.

Most briefs that come to us describe media buying — build the campaigns, watch the numbers, move the budget. That was the whole job when targeting was a craft and a good operator could out-structure the competition. It is not the job any more, because Meta's own models now decide who sees what, when, and at what price.

What is left is the part that was always called advertising: deciding what to say, making enough of it, and knowing which of it worked. An agency that only sells the buying is selling you the one part of this the platform has already taken over.

Targeting, bidding and placement are the platform’s models now.
What you can still influence is the message and how much of it there is.
A campaign build is a week of work, not a monthly retainer.
The recurring work is production and judgment, not button-pressing.

What a full remit looks like here.

Three things run continuously: the creative line producing concepts at volume, the measurement that says which of them earned their spend, and a written decision each morning about what to change that day. None of those is a campaign build, and all of them compound.

The account, the pixel, the audiences and every file the line produces sit in your own Business Manager from the first hour. That is the part most agencies structure differently, and it is the part that decides how this ends rather than how it starts.

Creative produced at volume, briefed against what the account already proves.
Measurement built before anything scales, so the numbers are worth acting on.
A written decision every morning, with the numbers behind each one.
Everything inside your own Business Manager, permanently.

What you own at the end of it.

Everything is built inside your own Business Manager from the first hour — the ad account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative files and the reporting. There is no agency-owned account that you rent access to, and nothing to negotiate over if the relationship ends.

That single structural choice is what makes the rest of it possible. An arrangement where the provider owns the asset has to be renewed; one where you own it has to be earned.

Your ad account, your pixel, your creative library. Always.
A fixed setup fee and a fixed monthly, priced to the work rather than your budget.
Month to month, with no notice period.
Every decision written down, with the numbers behind it.

Questions people actually ask.

What is the difference between a Facebook ads agency and a Facebook advertising agency?

In practice most people use them interchangeably, and search treats them almost identically. Where the distinction is real is scope: shops that sell “ads” usually mean the media buying — campaign structure, budgets, bid strategy — while “advertising” implies the message and the creative too. That matters more than it used to, because the buying is now largely done by Meta's models and the creative is the part still under your control.

Do you make the creative, or just run the ads?

Both, and they are not separable any more. Creative is produced end to end on our own line — concepts, hooks, cuts and statics — briefed against what the account's own numbers say is working. An account being fed three concepts a quarter cannot be bought out of a fatigue problem, no matter how the campaigns are structured.

Do we have to buy the whole thing?

No. Some brands buy the account check and go no further, some buy creative alone because the structure is already sound, and some take the guides on this site and run it themselves. We will tell you on the call which of those you actually need.

Are you an agency or not?

By how the market uses the word, near enough — we are the people who do your Facebook advertising. Structurally we are not built like one: no retainer that renews on autopilot, no agency-owned ad account, no fee that climbs with your media budget, and a month-to-month arrangement with no notice period.

Do you work with brands outside Sydney?

Yes — we are Sydney-based and work across Australia. The auction does not know where your agency sits, and the decisions land in your morning wherever you are. Most brands we work with we have never met in person.
