Digital Marketing Agency in Canberra
A market where almost nothing closes on the click, and the funnel is a procurement process.
Sevenam installs a Meta advertising system on your own ad account and runs the technology that operates it — written decisions at 7am every morning telling you exactly what to do that day. One fixed setup fee, a fixed monthly, priced to the work.
Four fields, and no call booked yet. We read what you send and tell you whether you qualify for a free marketing technology, systems and performance audit — offered at our discretion and in limited numbers.
Why the usual playbook does not fit here.
Canberra's economy is shaped by government and the businesses that sell to it, and that changes the fundamentals of a digital marketing account. The buying cycle is long, the decision is made by a group rather than a person, and the thing being bought is frequently awarded through a panel or a tender rather than a checkout. Optimising towards a purchase event is meaningless when there is no purchase event for eighteen months.
That has two practical consequences. First, whatever you optimise towards has to be a real early signal that correlates with revenue — a qualified enquiry, a capability document downloaded by the right kind of organisation — and defining that honestly is most of the work. Second, the value of the account is decided long after the click, in whether the CRM keeps the relationship warm through a cycle measured in quarters.
The other Canberra particular is standards. Public-sector-adjacent advertising is held to a higher bar on claims, accessibility and record-keeping than consumer ecommerce, and an agency that treats those as friction will eventually create a problem that costs more than the campaign earned.
What we actually do, and what we do not.
For a market like this the automation side usually leads and the advertising follows. A marketing data repository holding what the market is actually telling you, CRM automation that keeps a long relationship warm without anyone remembering to, and agents with written job specs that draft and hand a person the decision. Then Meta advertising on your own ad account, optimised towards a signal that means something rather than the one that fills up fastest.
We do not do SEO, PR or organic social, and we do not write tender responses. We are also not a compliance function: we will build approval gates so that nothing reaches a customer without a person agreeing to it, but the person agreeing has to be yours.
We are Sydney-based and work remotely. Canberra is close enough that a meeting is possible and rarely necessary — the operating model is written decisions, and those arrive the same way from anywhere.
What you own at the end of it.
Everything is built inside your own Business Manager from the first hour — the ad account, the pixel, the audiences, the creative files and the reporting. There is no agency-owned account that you rent access to, and nothing to negotiate over if the relationship ends.
That single structural choice is what makes the rest of it possible. An arrangement where the provider owns the asset has to be renewed; one where you own it has to be earned.
Questions people actually ask.
Do you work with government agencies?
We work with businesses that sell to government and to the organisations around it. We are a small company and not on procurement panels, so if your requirement is a panel supplier we are not the answer and it is quicker to know that now.
How do you measure anything with an eighteen-month cycle?
By agreeing an early signal that genuinely correlates with revenue, and being honest that it is a proxy. Then the job is keeping the relationship alive from that signal to the decision, which is a CRM and automation problem rather than an advertising one.
Can you meet accessibility requirements?
The site work and the assets we produce are built to WCAG AA as a matter of course rather than on request. Where a specific standard applies to your organisation, tell us at the start and it shapes the build instead of being retrofitted.
Is Meta advertising even right for this market?
Sometimes not, and we will say so. Where the audience is a few hundred named organisations, paid social is a poor fit and the money is better spent on the systems that handle the relationships you already have. That is a real answer we give on the call.
What does it cost?
Marketing automation is quoted bespoke after we map what you run, because the work depends entirely on what already exists. Where Meta advertising is part of it, the setup is $19,500 once and the daily decisions $2,500 a month, both excluding GST.

Fifteen minutes with Josh, no pitch deck. In a market like this it is usually the systems between the enquiry and the decision, and that is a cheaper problem to fix.
